Community Service

Community service is something that is very important to the church.  While worship and Bible study are essential, we are called as Christians to be Salt and Light in this world.  This means that we are to be working diligently to bring the Kingdom of God to this world here and now.  Social justice, community service, charity--these are all different names for the same idea.  To love our neighbor as ourself.
